Dear Dr. Qadir, My husband was admitted to your facility this year. He has been admitted to many other psychiatric units but he has never received the care from other hospital that he received from Lakeside.

From the very first moment that the Orange County Police brought him to Lakeside, the assessment clerk was so informative, courteous, warm and encouraging. You and Dr. Singh, the nurses, therapist, staff and social workers on 4W where the most professional, loving and caring staff that I have ever encountered.

I have worked in a hospital for 22year and have never encountered the courteousness that I have received from the Lakeside staff. Your staff treated my husband with dignity and with pride. I was a peace knowing that he was getting the best care. Plus the unit was clean, no smells and the other patients were all treated with tender loving care.

I thank you for making my husband’s stay an experience I will never forget. This is why I believe he came out of his confusion faster than any other time.

Dr. Qadir, Dr. Singh, Betty, office staff and hospital staff: may I take this time to say, Thank you, thank you, thank you. Whatever you are doing to keep your staff happy, keep it up!

 

Stacey was always a joy to see in the morning. She made me see there is hope in my situation. Always that caring heart and listening ear were there. Thank God Lakeside has her for me and the others.

Donnie helped me cope with certain issues during the night, and his advice was great. His ability to calm me down when agitated is beyond anything I can think of.

 

Enjoli talked to me when I needed someone to talk to. She understood me and my problems, and didn't hold it against me.

 

Danya is the most committed staff member I have met. He constantly goes out of his way for his clients. He is a great asset to Lakeside. I assure you, you will not meet a more dedicated, professional and caring staff member than him.

 

To whom it may concern; I would like to say that CSUI, 3-11 shift, is very nice and they cooperate with the patients. I would also like to say that they made my stay here very nice. These are the type of people that make you feel very welcomed. I would like to say Thank You!

 

Ron is a very efficient and caring Mental Health Tech. He goes above and beyond his duties to help anyone out. He is kind and courteous and handles the clients well. He is an asset to the healthcare team. I was comfortable and at ease having him a part of the 4 East team. He made me feel safe and well cared for. I appreciate all his time and concern during my stay. Thank you for all your kind and generous care during my stay here.

 

I feel that the SRT II staff has gone above and beyond what is required to help in my recovery during my stay.
