Each member of the Board of Directors, management, staff and other representatives of Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare shall subject their actions to the highest ethical standards at all times, avoiding even the appearance of impropriety, realizing that any failure to do so will affect far more than an individual's reputations - it will harm the reputation of Lakeside, reducing the good work that may otherwise be accomplished and more importantly, harm those in need within the community.
